Safe Space
We are all just walking each other home - Ram Dass

Come, come, whoever you are.
Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving.
It doesn't matter.
Ours is not a caravan of despair.
Come, even if you have broken your vows
a thousand times before.
Come, yet again, come, come
- Rumi
I aim to create a safe healing environment, and believe in mutual respect for all races, genders, sexualities, classes, neurodiversities and lived experiences. I hope not to make judgements - I believe we can learn from each other, each person we meet is a student and a teacher, as we face our own unique way in the world.
For any healing work to take place I understand a safe space is vital for both client and practitioner. We each have a different reality due to our past experiences which we bring into this work, and my intention is to create a safe container that can hold what emerges.
Confidentiality and consent
What arises in a session will be held in strict confidence. I will ask for consent when doing SE, subtle listening bodywork and the use of plants in the space, and welcome your 'yes' and your 'no' as you feel into what is right for you.
